Submission Deadlines
The conference invites research submissions from faculty, researchers, and practitioners in architecture and related fields. Accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers for peer review. Full papers are solicited for each of the conference topics. Paper selection will be based on a two-stage double-blind peer review process. Accepted PhD Workshop abstracts and Research Project posters will be invited for presentation.

Friday, 5/24/24> Call for submission issued
Friday, 10/04/24 > Deadline for submitting abstracts for full papers and posters (Extended)
Friday, 10/11/24 > Confirmation of accepted abstracts for full papers & Posters
Friday, 1/10/25 > Deadline for full paper submissions
Friday, 1/24/25> Acceptance confirmation for full papers

Friday, 2/14/25 > Deadline for submission of final papers (camera-ready)
Friday, 2/14/25 > Deadline for accepting final poster submissions

 

Wednesday-Saturday, 4/2-5/25 > Conference

Submission Templates
> RESEARCH PAPER
Full Papers are limited to a maximum of 6,000 words or a total of 8 pages maximum, including title, abstract, introduction, research methodology, figures, captions, acknowledgments, and list of references.

> RESEARCH POSTER
Poster size is 24″ X 36″ portrait (vertical orientation) at 10mb maximum, including title, abstract (300 word max.), images, captions, acknowledgements and references.
